We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team. You will be the main point of contact and support during the night, due to this we are looking for confident and friendly individuals who can build relationships quick.

What you’ll need:
• A Valid NMC Pin
• Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
• A willingness to coach, guide and support your team daily
• Experience working within a residential setting for at least a year
• A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best.
As a professional Nurse, you will have a lot of experience in the Nursing Industry. We will need the right candidate to be hands on and willing to get stuck in.

Your Duties:

• Responsible for checking and administrating medication.
• Supervising Care staff in the delivery of high standards of care
• Planning, implanting and evaluating care plans in collaboration with residents and other members of staff
• Ensure support plans are kept up to date
• Responsible for assessment records
• Doing observations on the residents
• Tissue Viability Monitoring
