The Job Role:
• Supporting service users with their daily routine.
• Assisting service users on activities and outings for example swimming, shopping etc.
• Encouraging service users to remain independent and respecting their dignity at all times.
• Potentially providing personal care.
• Domestic duties.
• Using your Initiative.
• Helping with finances for example bills.

• A kind and caring approach to service users.
• Stoma care experience
• A good understanding of person centred care.
• At least 3 months experience working as a Support Worker/Supported Living Worker.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Valid DBS / CRB.
