Support Worker
Duration: Full Time, permanent
Location: Kidderminster-DY11
Salary: £11.50 Per hour (35 hours a week- contracted)
Social Care & Education are seeking a Support Worker in Kidderminster. We have a great opportunity for the right person to work with one of our clients on a 2:1 basis. We are looking for someone that is caring, compassionate and wants to bring the best out in those they support. Due to the nature of the role, we do require someone that has a valid UK licence.
The Role
• Support the client with all their daily tasks, including personal care, household chores and meal preparation.
• Support and administer medication
• Support the client in the community to activities and appointments when required.
• Support client with their finances
• Complete all documentation to a hight standard
• Support and encourage client to be independent with all daily activities.
The Requirements
• Experience working with clients that have autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
• Must be a driver with a UK licence
