If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Children's Home Deputy Manager! Social Care and Education are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Manager

The Role
•    Attend all multi-disciplinary team meetings, including school, safeguarding, and social worker meetings, to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people.
•    Participate in an on-call rota to provide continuous support and guidance.
•    Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards.
•    Work with other professionals to develop and implement person-centred plans that support young people’s integration into the home and community.
•    Ensure all policies, procedures, and legislation are followed, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.
•    Manage the budget and finances of the home effectively.
•    Support and implement all training requirements for staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
•    Ensure health and safety standards are always met to provide a secure environment for residents and staff.

The Requirements
•    Must have at least 1 year experience in a supervisory setting and 1 years’ experience in a children home.
•    Must hold a level 3 qualification working with children or young adults
•    Willingness to work towards a level 5 qualification
•    Full UK driving licence
