We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our rehabilitation facility in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on service users' lives as they progress through rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and implement effective care strategies for service users.
•
•    Help service users make informed decisions about their care, involving them in every step of their rehabilitation journey.
•    Train, induct, and mentor new staff, and take responsibility for managing the unit effectively.

• Work closely as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), attend all relevant meetings, and contribute to comprehensive care planning and risk assessments.

• Provide support during clinical supervisions and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

• Maintain excellent relationships with service users' families and visitors, ensuring transparent and supportive communication.

• Accurately document all accidents and incidents in accordance with facility protocols.

• Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
•    Valid RMN qualification and registration.
•    Experience working with mental health patients.
•    Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
