Job Overview

Salary: £10.00 to £11.00 per hour DOE
Working Hours: Full time, 30 – 40 hours per week
Shift times: Vary from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Social Care & Education are currently looking for Nursery Assistants to join us, working within our clients Nurseries based in Oadby, Enderby, Aylestone and Narborough. Our client is rated Times Top 100 companies to work for. We would like our staff to be friendly, upbeat, and personable.
We are looking for Nursery Nurses with enthusiasm, drive, and a real commitment to help us strive to achieve the best possible support for the Nurseries we work with.
If you have experience working within a nursery and hold an NVQ Level 2/3/higher in early Years, we want to hear from you!
Your role will include:
• Supporting every child’s ‘learning journey’ whilst in our care
• Promoting relationships and communication with families as a keyperson
• Ensuring that each child’s wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment
• Safeguarding all children in our care

Successful applicants will need to provide ‘right to work in the UK’ documentation, undertake a DBS and provide at least two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
