Social Care & Education is currently recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGN) to work within a nursing home based in Leicester, LE3.
We are looking for dedicated and reliable RGNs who are confident working in a nursing home environment and are available to pick up regular 12-hour agency shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking for additional hours and flexible agency work.
Key Responsibilties
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medication safely in line with clinical procedures.
Complete and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in their condition.
Support and guide care staff when required.
Ensure safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care are maintained.
Requirments
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Valid NMC registration.
Previous experience working as an RGN in a UK nursing home.
Confident with medication administration and clinical assessments.
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
Flexible availability to work 12-hour shifts.
Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
