What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our person-centred care. Your role will include:

Assisting with personal care, meals, and household tasks
Encouraging independence, confidence, and well-being
Supporting community involvement and activities
Following personalised care plans and behaviour strategies
Helping with medication and accurate record-keeping

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
Strong communication and observational skills
Proactive, empathetic, and person-centred approach
Flexible to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins and lone working
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Eligible to work in the UK
