Healthcare Assistant - Leicester

Leicestershire £12.80 - £12.90 / Hour

Social Care & Education is currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide Nursing, Residential, EMI Residential, and Respite care. You’ll help to create a warm, homely environment where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia and other complex needs
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals
Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues
Help maintain accurate care records and monitor residents’ wellbeing
Support recreational activities to enhance residents’ quality of life

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a residential or nursing home setting
A genuine passion for caring for elderly residents
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
