We are looking for an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our team immediately.

Your main role will be to assist the Care Leaders & Deputy Managers of local Nursing and Residential Homes to deliver a professional level of care by following any care plans set out.

You will predominantly be working closely alongside a team of Care Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality person centered care by promoting best practice within the Intermediate Care Team.

All we require in order to get you registered is that you have a least 6 months professional experience within a care-based setting.
