We ensure all our Candidates Have a Full Enhanced DBS within 1 year in order to be sent out to work with Social Care & Education. If you have a current DBS which is on the update service, you will not be required to pay for another one.
A Full Practical Moving and Handling course is required in order to get booked into work by Social Care & Education. You will be booked onto a course by the Compliance team and this could be done internally at our Office or elsewhere externally.
Mandatory Training is a requirement to go out to work. This is the Full Payment for all 10 Courses.

Social Care & Education require 10 courses to continue to work however, you can get booked into work initially with 5 courses and then the further 5 can be issued at a later date and be deducted from your wages. This is the Full Payment for 5 courses.
Occasionally you may only need to complete 1 or 2 courses in order to go out to work.
If you work as a Healthcare Assistant or a Registered Nurse then you will be required to wear a Tunic Top with the company logo on. You will be requested your size and then the uniform will be sent to you via post.
Each Candidate is required to purchase an ID badge to wear when you work at any of our clients. This will present your photo, name and job title.
